This is the 3rd time this car has been parked illegally in a handicapped parking space. The first time I said nothing. The second time in a brief discussion she said she Didnt have an ADA placard. I asked her nicely not to park in that space. She dismissed me. Today’s the 3rd time. I asked again if she had a placard. She said there was no other parking spaces and told me to get out of her face. I said clearly there are more spaces further in the lot and she was just too lazy to walk. We exchanged some hostile words. I told her I was going to report it. The lady’s attitude clearly expressed that she didn’t care. I reported the incident to the Facility Director.
