Recommended improvement.

The spool the chain was wound on was not connected in the middle. When the spool was removed from the box the two black ends came apart and I had a PILE of chain on the Floor in front of me. It took a long time to Untangle the mess. I would recommend that you fix the spool so it doesn't come apart.
