I purchased 6 of the, No Visitor Parking signs for placement below 6 of the, Reserved Parking, Unauthorized Vehicles Towed Away (with Graphic) signs as an affordable option to painting the asphalt at my small, recently purchased, multiplex. Previous owners had never designated parking spots. Now, tenants have begun parking additional vehicles on the property. I look forward to these signs solving the chaotic parking situation that is creating tension at my building. I did not opt to purchase the posts offered with the signs, as I will be installing them with wire and zip-ties, along a chain link fence to create specific, designated spots for each. The signs are well-constructed enough that they appear resistant to denting. It would take some impact in order to damage them. They’re an affordable and simple solution to having my multiplex asphalt painted and to taming the vehicle over-load that has created parking tensions between residents. I highly recommend them to landlords and property owners.
