reporting
After 3 days of blocking me, this young, very able looking guy finally comes to his car, swears at me with his extensive use of the English language NOT & drives off with a few threats. His only disability, besides lack of education is being strung out on a lot of drugs. Is my report here, mean he is reported to the authorities? or do I report somewhere else & if so, where in the city of San Diego? Thx in advance for the info. Inventing Joy
