I was about to park my car with disabled licence plates at my mother’s apartments. My mother is disabled. But this car parked there before I did. I did not see anything identifying the car has disabled parking permit. I approached the vehicle and asked the driver if they have disabled parking permit. She driver in a disrespectful tone replied she does not have to answer to me. I tried to say that I have a disabled mother here that I drive to her appointments, but she did not even listen saying she was here first and she is staying. Ok, I said, I will report you. I took a picture of her car while they were in it. That happened on Sept 6 approximately between 8 and 9 pm. The car was still parked there next morning.
