I was parked in a disabled parking (as i am eligible and need such parking) and so was another car. Then, this individual decided to park wihtout a Disability Placard between both Disable parking spots and hinder my ability to enter my vehicle. And also took part of a disable space. I asked him to please moved and he ignored me. I have a photo if required.
