I have a neighbor who got her handicap spot a couple months ago and she doesn't park in her spot, she uses the spot behind her spot so when her daughter, husband, or part of her family arrives home she moves forward to her handicap spot so they can park behind her spot and others neighbor including me have to go and park somewhere else and a handicap spot its for disabled, elderly people and its not fair she saves spot for someone else and misuse a handicap parking in her advantage
