lady pulled in to the loading zone for the handicap. no consideration for people who have wheelchairs trying to come up the curb. the lady didn't attempt to correct parking or anything. The lady didn't use a placard and when she stepped out the car to go to the sallys beauty supply store, doesn't resemble someone who is handicap. LLC plate number 9AJJ940.
