A man pulled into this handicapped parking spot while I was getting out of my car in the other Handicapped Spot. He noticed me and pretended to walk with a slight limp into the Great Clips Hair Salon at 5718 Folsom Blvd. I watched him while in the salon, and when he was called to get up from his chair, he had NO LIMP. I have photos of his car. He was heavy set, balding, light hair, black tee shirt and grey sweatpants.
