I asked as the woman rushed into this spot ahead of my handicap vehicle: “are you handicap?” She replied “I WILL ONLY BE A MINUTE, ma’am!!!” I said “well I will call the police then.” She replied “go ahead!” So I did and the police said if she leaves there is no recourse. They can’t do anything ??
