This lady just got a new car and she parked her old car in the handicapped parking where I usually park. She has her nrw car parked in her normal handicapped parking so she is using 2 parking spots and I do not have any place to park my car. I am 73 years old and I have copd and I need to park as close as possible to my apt.She did this just so I wouldn't have a place to park.
