White Lexus belongs to the disabled Parking space owner has been using it for years however it’s been numerous times where he does not use his space and lets other people park there who do not need or have a placard or he himself does not let anyone else park nearby this is not the first time he has been doing this for months he allows people to use his disability Parking if he does not need it it should not be there he does this all the time he lets people use space I have attached pictures of cars and the parking space all neighbors have seen this occur all the time
