This vehicle parks in the handicap parking spaces without a blue placard or license plate, it does have a green stag on the rearview mirror that says parking permit #B-81694 this is on private property, and I informed management on 10/24/2023 that vehicles were paring illegally but this problem is ongoing. Does a green parking permit tag give permission to constantly violate state and federal laws?
