Whoever owns the white vehicle continuously parks in the part of the handicapped parking that is supposed to be empty. I have seen, on numerous occasions that whoever parks in the handicapped spot has trouble getting in and out of their vehicle due to the ignorance of the other person. It is unfair and they never seem to care so I am reporting them.
