This person has continually parked in the handicap spot. This person moved in 3 days ago to this apartment complex and has claimed this handicap spot as his own. His window tints are too dark on the windshield to see any handicap tag, but he lives on the 3rd floor so I don’t think he has a handicap tag. This is a temporary license plate number. I will send another complaint once the license plate gets updated.
