I would like to report a man who is fraudulently using a deceased person's Disability Placard and Disability License Plates so that he can park in Disabled Parking spots, even though he is not disabled himself. His name is John Taylor, and he lives at 717 Moraine Trace, Apt. 20, Schererville, IN 46375. He bought a Ford SUV/vehicle about 4 or 5 years ago. He put the vehicle in his girlfriend, Catherine Cardelli's name, so that he could put her Disabled Plackard and License Plates on it. Catherine Cardelli passed away 3 years ago, and he still has the Disabled Plackard and License Plates on his vehicle. I went with him recently to the Walmart store here in Schererville, where he parked in a handicapped parking spot. I asked him..."Why are you parking here, you're not disabled." He responded..."See this? (pointing to his late girlfriend's handicapped placard), I'm going to use this as long as I possibly can. This man is taking handicapped parking spots away from people who are handicapped and really need those parking spots.
