A black Ford truck with no handicapped sticker, pulled into a handicapped spot. Out of the F150 Ford truck came a very capable young man approx in his 30's and he walked into the dollar general store and was in there for approx 10 min. I have a handicapped sticker but was unable to park in a handicapped spot because the others were full with elderly that also had handicapped stickers. So I had to wait until one opened up. Why these young people are allowed to parked in designated parking, I don't understand. My medical condition is such that I can hardly stand let alone walk and I just needed to buy some milk.
