Parks and drops her kid and kid paraphernalia in the handicapped spot weekly days and nights. Leaves her child with a 81 yr old in our senior home who blocks off the handicapped (which isn't even Ada just a rusty sign, in a disabled home, we have no Ada parking) and precedes to use it as a play area for these kids bikes. Last weekend they chalked up the handicapped spot. They are here 5-7 days overnight this fir over a year. Going on right now, still. She's been told to stop by everyone and continues. No child seats or restraints used ever. No front license plate
