Black, female, with long braids to waste. She had a child that was around five years old. I was going to pick up some pizza and went to park in handicap parking space in she zipped into the parking lot and moved into the parking space. She had no placard and no handicap license plate. When I respectfully asked her if she was handicapped, she said no and I asked her why she was parking in the handicap she mentioned her child was handicap. The child activities around the restaurant as well as when she entered, Marcos Pizza did not in any way, shape or form look like she was handicapped. She ended up cursing at me and the conversation ended.
