This person works here and the handicap person the plates are for does not work here nor come here. This person knows they aren’t supposed to use the plates without the person with them and continues to do it anyway even though there is always plenty of non handicap parking. They will be parked here for 8 hours and they do this almost everyday they work. They even put new signs up to make sure it’s known that it’s handicap. This is a blantent disregard for those who use the handicap parking like they’re supposed to.
