Valet parking at St Francis Hospital Park Avenue Memphis Tennessee has the handicap spaces blocked off for their parking. It's located on the east side of the building facing Primacy parkway. St Francis Hospital has very few handicap spaces anyway this was closest to the building I had to enter and they blocked me from entering the handicap parking area. They have a vehicle setting in the entrance so you have to go through valet parking and allow them to park your car somewhere.
