Once again parking in handicap as always and the person the tags are for doesn’t work here only the person who is using the plates that aren’t for them does and they’re parked in the spot all day almost every day the person works. They are aware they can’t park in handicap if the person isn’t with them they just don’t care. When told they shouldn’t park in handicap without the person they just stare at you.
