Meadowbrook Plaza Apartments: These able-bodied male neighbors at apartment 3401 have been abusing the permanent handicap placards for quite a long-time, taking parking spots away from those who really need them, probably even using the commercial handicap lots. The Pictures also show the license plate without the wheelchair symbol. They have been reported to the previous property manager and the current IN & OUT TOWING company several times and nothing was done on their part to comply with the law. They have no respect for their fellow neighbors as there's also high traffic of drunk people and loud yelling in late hours of the night, blocking the entire parking lot with several other vehicles. Police was also called previously and as they arrived at the scene, they never got out of their vehicle, only flashed their lights at them and left.
