I was at the grocery store and noticed this grey ford suv, was parked in a handicap spot, this person did not have a place card hanging or anything on the license plate. This prevented me from parking there, and I do have a handicap place card, and am disabled. The driver was a Middle Aged female, that was African American, black hair and dark eyes. The first picture shows where she was parked, and didn’t have anything in her license plate to indicate she is disabled. The second picture shows her car which is in the middle, and shows no tag hanging down, this image also shows her as well.
