A very young able-bodied man parked in this spot. He was at our pool and there was no parking so he just decided that he was going to park in the handicap spot which happens a lot at our property. Our property management will do something during business hours but on Saturdays and Sundays we are not allowed to call the towing company to tow the car the company said that the management of our property has to call which leaves us in the position of being completely powerless to do anything. It's a slap in the face beyond the norm when you have a car like this parked there with soccer balls and all kinds of sports equipment in the back. Think about it. The photo that I took shows that there's no placard hanging from the rearview mirror the license plate is not a disabled license plate that they are clearly parked in a handicap parking place and you can see the handicapped disability sign up in front of the car as well.
