Another entitled parking job at the DHL Hub at CVG Airport, vehicle is parked in the striped "No Parking" zone in between the two marked handicapped parking spaces in the parking lot of Bldg #2. Even with a placard, this in not only illegal, but a clear indication that the driver is a dirtbag. Fortunately, the Airport Police were notified and have been happy to issue $250 citations the past several times I've reported the same issue in the same place. Call the police, folks. Hit them in their wallets!
