Hi. There has been a car parking, 12hrs, Overnight 9pm until atleast 9am, in the only regular handicap space on Flowerbud, Quail Hill. This is the marked area between #21 and #51 Flowerbud. They were using an Expired, 2019, red, temp, placard, but we pointed that out to them, so now they just park there with No Placard. This is the only handicapped space my mother can park, let alone Everyone else in the neighborhood, so it is Very much needed for handicapped people, not Illegally parked cars, pretending to have the placard. The car is a silver/grey Toyota Corolla license # 7FKE626 Thank you very much for the Help
