My friend came over to my apartment and she is handicapped and this car was parked in the only handicap parking spot on my side of the apartment complex and I did not see any handicap tags on it so I am assuming it is illegally parked there. Whoever’s car this is, is parked in this spot every day and every night but I still have yet to see any handicap place cards on the vehicle.
