We live on a SENIOR CITIZEN APT. COMPLEX. For YEARS this woman has been parking in both our RESERVED HANDICAPPED PARKING & RESIDENT ONLY PARKING areas. She is a young HOME HEALTH PROVIDER (with no mobility disabilities, etc.) for one of our neighbors, MARGARET, who lives in apt. #112 & she does one or more of the following things: (1.) She uses Margaret's PLACARD (either with or without her permission) even though she is not in the car with her when she parks & rarely ever transports Margaret which is a VIOLATION of Texas LAW, (2.) She hides the fact that she does not have the PLACARD with her by using an aluminum SUN VISOR, (3.) Etc. We have gone to the Manager many times about this woman parking in our spaces, but the Manager's job is to keep apts. filled, not vacant. She allows this woman & many, many others daily to violate the law even though she can see on her security cameras & out her office window when visitors, etc. are parking in our spaces. We suspect that corporate is telling her to ignore our concerns. Some nights I have to park a long ways off in the dark, because strangers, visitors, etc. are illegally parking where we need to due to mobility, etc. issues. It is very sad that she won't boot, give written warnings on her car, or tow her car. Many of us are frustrated that we are not being respected or valued as elderly disabled tenants. The police say they can't do anything, because it is private property.
