This person has a handicapped placard in their window. He is a mechanic at a local dealership. He has run to his car on multiple occasions, carried large items, gotten down on the ground and back up without assistance, etc. His wife also has a placard in her SUV (reported separately) and has also been seen running to and from her vehicle. This picture shows both of them standing behind her SUV. Vehicle in this report is on the left in the handicap parking stall.
