Blue Honda Civic constantly parking in handicap it’s a ticket then turns around and put a handicap tag on his car. I think it’s a fake tag or does not belong to the person because there is absolutely nothing wrong with this person. He’s young and everything else and there’s only one disabled parking spot and I feel that you should save it for somebody who really needs it And abuse it. I don’t think the placard has belongs to him.
