Double the impact of your traffic cones by using our Message Cone Sleeve, visible from three directions. Cone sleeves easily slip over the top of any standard (18" or 28" high) cone and can be reused whenever required.

Choose between cone collar by itself to install on an existing cone or pick up a cone collar kit that comes with a 28" orange traffic cone.

They fit good and I glued them with 77 rubber cement that is holding great. I'm just waiting to see how they hold up to the sun.
