Constantly parks in disability spot every day even though there is spots closer to the door. She is taking up the spots for truly disabled residents and caretakers and nurses. She occasionally uses a expired “temporary “ red placard she will place on the dashboard so the expiration is not shown. She is not disabled nor are her children. She lives on the third floor with no elevator. Handicapped and disabled tenants are on the ground level. She fights with the elderly disabled and says there is nothing they can do about it, to just get away from her car. She’s very cunning but quite nasty. This has been going on for weeks now. Please help.
