The owner of this car lives on the third floor and has two children that run up and down the stairs everyday. They are not disabled but continue to park in a spot blocking nurses, nurses aids, caretakers, and disabled tenants from proper access to their apartments. She will occasionally place a expired temporary placard on the dashboard so the expiration is not shown. We don’t understand because there is six available parking spots closer to the stairs where she lives. Our parking lot is always fairly vacant. Please help. She’s now becoming nasty to the elderly saying there is nothing they can do about it.
