Dark red SUV reported previously 3 weeks ago, stopped parking there but returned to illegally using her mother's placard on her vehicle. She lives in another building. Her mother's name is Wanda, a disabled veteran. That blue car is parked next to it. There are elderly people with legitimate disabilities that need that space. She is rude and does not care. Please take care of this asap, as someone did so kindly before.
