A younger adult possibly using a veteran parent’s vehicle with the specialized veteran 100% disabled plate. Not sure if the individual is a veteran who's at 100% as is the requirement for that specific plate but since the location is in a college student housing community, it's unlikely. The young adult is a resident at this location as well. Just wanted to see if a check can be done to make sure who’s driving is handicapped since handicapped spots are not always regulated here.
