Silver Lincoln (Navigator I believe) driving parent @ school continuously parks in one of three handicapped spots during pickup. Her car windows are so darkly tinted that I couldn't tell at first is she had a placard but one day her son had his window down and being parked next to her I could see there wasn't one. As I walked from my car to get my son, I squinted, looking at her dash/windshield to make sure there wasn't one.. she exited and started yelling at me, I asked if she had a placard I couldn't see and she verbally went off on me calling me choice names. I informed the principal of Williams Elementary and she walked towards the woman's car to tell her not to park there anymore but the woman drove off to avoid the principal. That was on 09/21/2023 (which is the date of this photo). On 09/22/2023, I called 311 to see about getting an officer out but they said they couldn't make it in time. After she picked up her kid and I was putting my son's wheelchair in the cars she drove by screaming "pu$$y" out of her passenger window. There are 3-4 parents, myself included, who do have placards or plates that are sometimes forced to park elsewhere because non-handicap parents want to park closer for their own convenience and will not move even when they see a handicap plated/placard vehicle approaching. An app message was sent to all special Ed students parents requesting they not take the handicap spots if they don't have the proper plates or placards on 09/13/2023 (a teacher had given blanket permission for all parents of special Ed students that they could park in those spots previously but I addressed it as I need the side space to get my walker out). An email was sent to every parent on 09/19/2023 telling them that handicap parking spots are only for cars with the correct plates or placards.
