Patricia wehunt was parked in handicap space &’her mother, joyce Vest, had handicap sticker & she expired 3 yrs ago in 2020. I called police dept & they said if she had a sticker nothing they can do. I said sticker expired. Name on sticker belonged to joyce Vest & died in 2020. Isn’t that illegal! How can they get by with this? Patricia wehunt works everyday! Something needes to be don me about this! That sticker has expired!
