Patricia wehunt, owner of pictured vehicle was parked in Handicap spot. She had a handicap Sticker she got for her mother who expired 3 yrs ago in 2020. Isn’t this illegal using a dead persons handicap Sticker! Shouldn’t it have expired? How can people get by with this. I call cleveland police dept & they said as long as she had sticker nothing they can do. Said I needed to report to dept that issues handicap stickers. This is so wrong to allow people to use dead persons sticker, when Ms wehunt works everyday!
