Car without handicap permit parked in clearly marked handicap parking space in front of Manchester Chipolte Restaurant on Nov 3rd at 2:40pm. Asked two young female occupants if they had a handicap permit and was told to “fuck off”. Submitting these pictures for law enforcement to cite parking violation along with the one picture of the driver flipping me off as I took these picture when told they would be reported.
