Car without any handicap parking permit parked in clearly marked handicap stall. Multiple guests of restaurant asked the two young girls (Local IHOP employees) if they had a permit and was told to “fuck off”. Took multiple pictures to submit to local police, including attached picture of the driver flipping everyone off when confronted.
