Not sure on the correct license plate but the car is a silver Toyota Camry that's not supposed to be parked up in the handicap spaces! This is def a visitor so the Tennant of visit should inform them of the parking rules. Other tenants with valid handicap placards have no where to park because of these people parking in the spaces illegally!
