Even though the vehicle has a disabled veteran tag, the young lady who exited the vehicle was neither a veteran nor disabled. She was the only occupant in the Explorer. She ran into the building and appeared to be early 20s. She took the closest spot to the building, while other obviously handicapped persons had to park a lot further away. Very brazen because they know cops don't consider this an offense worth their time.
